As such, after evaluating the local market and assessing our values, we have made the decision to shift our investment focus from residential to commercial properties. We will begin to invest in multi-family, commercial properties such as duplexes, triplexes, apartment buildings and the like. All the while, focusing on the revitalization and restoration of the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
This is a huge change for us. While we were once working in small, privately owned properties, working with families and individuals who are looking to relocate or get out from under properties. We are now working to acquire value-add properties, meaning where we can provide improvements and ensure we give tenants the best housing experience available.
