Who We Are
Don & Robin Scott are a husband and wife team with total of 48 years in the Financial Services Industry. Their collective experience ranges from providing leadership, strategic program and financial planning, business development, program initiative delivery and 401K Retirement Planning and Service implementation. Their financial insight, real estate investment education and experience moved them to create Carolina Capital Properties, which they founded in June 2017. Their passion was to create a boutique real estate investment firm focused on helping investors realize passive income wealth can be achieved by owning real estate without the heavy lifting of finding, managing and securing the assets on their own. Because they offer opportunities to the everyday investor you can invest in residential or multifamily deals. With focus on building partnerships in multifamily acquisitions and bringing forward the deal, from flip and rehab projects, to joint venture opportunities, there is certainly a form of real estate investing that will fit your investing goals.
